Social Media Management
With my expertise in digital marketing, I am adept at managing social media platforms. In my previous role as a Digital Marketing Specialist with GTA, I was responsible for improving the company's social media following. One of the ways I achieved this was by establishing an influencer program called the "GTA Creator Series," a program the company uses til today. This program featured local influencers who related to our products and shared content that showcased our offerings. By leveraging their followers, we were able to reach new audiences, generate more interest through exposure, and increase brand equity. To drive up the following growth, I leveraged social media giveaways that tied to each Creator Series. One of our most successful campaigns was with local DJ Lil Meish. We sponsored a festival where she performed and held a ticket giveaway which garnered over 1,000 entries on Instagram. The program was a huge success, contributing to a net increase of 292% in social media following over the prior year.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Helped to increase Instagram following by 1,000 in only 6.5 months.
The number of published posts rose by 70% vs. prior year.
Impressions increased by 47.1%, and engagements rose by 171%.
With the preference of video content, video views increased by 124.1% in 2022 (5.7mil in 2022 vs 2.6mil in 2021).
In addition to the influencer program, I also created and implemented social media campaigns, including the annual launch of Samsung Galaxy and iPhone products, holiday sale campaigns, and even the launch of 5G services.
